"Super careful very inefficient big liar and a cheat. Had horrendous experience working with him to downgrade my car insurance as I kept it in garage and not using. Promised me the charge of 15$ but kept charging me 60$. Never responded for the complaint and worst thing is we cannot remove autopay so they kept charging me from last 2 months. State Farm is usually good but I think this time it’s nightmare dealing with Ben. Update after my above review and reply by Ben: Now he cancelled my insurance policy after my review yesterday. He is lying, I am in constant communication with him through email he keep on procrastinating he need to check what’s going on and not sure why I was being charged 50-70$ monthly for no reason. Yeah now he cancelled it magically but I never received any charges/credits back. Be extremely careful dealing with him"
